Fees

How our 10% is taken, modelled on Collector Crypt's adopted machines

At Collector Crypt our fee works by adopting a machine: we get our own machine code on the same card pool, at the same price, with a fixed per-pack fee. The fee comes out of the EV, so the player gets exactly our fee less in expected value.

our machine's EV = provider machine's EV − our fee

Example: a $50 pack with a $51 EV and a $5 fee gives our players a $46 EV.

Rules we work with today

  • Cap: at most 10% of the pack price, and the EV left over must stay at or above the pool's floor (evLow), or the machine could never sell.
  • Locked: price and fee are fixed when the machine is created, so earned fees never move.
  • Earned on completion: the fee is earned when the card is awarded. A completed pack is non-refundable, so a fee is never clawed back.
  • Split fee (optional): half earned on completion, half only if the card is sold back.
  • Payout: tracked in µUSDC, paid in USDC to our treasury wallet.
  • Visible per machine: partnerFee on GET /api/v1/machines.

What we'd like from you

The same model: a fixed per-pack fee taken out of EV, shown per machine in your API, paid to the NR/Tria fee wallet. Please confirm how you'd apply it, and whether the buyback profit split is separate.
