  2. Open right away or later? Most users open right away, but prizes and unclaimed packs can sit longer, so 24-hour auto-open needs to be configurable.
  3. Whose house wallet? NextRare and Tria are one account.
  4. Polling or webhooks? Polling is enough to start; webhooks preferred.
  5. Physical redemption? Yes, we need shipping.
